Learn how to pair your Samsung display to the VXT CMS and start managing digital signage content in minutes.

✅ Ensure your Samsung display is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
✅ Confirm you have an available license in your VXT workspace.
✅ Your display should be running with the VXT Player App installed.
1. Turn on your Samsung display.
2. Using the remote, press the Home button to open the main menu.
3. Navigate to Apps.
4. Locate and select Samsung VXT Player.
5. If prompted, allow the app to run.
6. The TV will display a 6-character pairing code on screen (e.g., AB12CD).
7. Leave this screen visible; you’ll need the code shortly.
1. On your computer, open a web browser.
2. Visit vxt.samsung.com and log in.
3. Ensure you are inside the correct Workspace where your license is allocated.
4. On the left-hand side navigation, click Screens.
1. On the Screens page, click “Add Screen” (often at the top right or as a main button if no screens are present).
2. A pop-up will appear prompting you to choose the screen type.
3. Select Samsung Screen.
4. Proceed to the next step where you’ll enter the pairing code.
1. In the pop-up window, locate the field that says “Enter the 6-character pairing code”.
2. Carefully type in the pairing code exactly as displayed on your TV screen.
3. Double-check for accuracy (codes are not case sensitive).
4. Confirm that your workspace has at least one Available license displayed here.
5. Click Pair Now.
1. After clicking Pair Now, wait a few moments for confirmation.
2. The web portal will show a success message confirming the screen was added.
3. Your TV screen should update to show it’s connected (either a confirmation or default content).
4. In the VXT Screens list, you will now see your newly paired display, usually identified by its serial number or default name.
5. The Workspace license allocation will now reflect 1 Used license.
✅ Your Samsung Tizen 7 display is now paired to VXT.
✅ Your screen will now be visible in your VXT portal, ready to receive content.
