Worknest Parramatta Conference Room Displays

Conference Room Display Integration in Parramatta

Connecting the conference room to the world

Worknest, a modern coworking and serviced office provider in Parramatta, approached us to improve their meeting room technology. With a strong focus on creating a connected and professional environment for their clients, they required a reliable and user-friendly display solution for two of their key conference rooms.

To meet their needs, we supplied two 65-inch Samsung QET Series displays. These displays offer crisp 4K UHD resolution and are optimised for commercial environments, making them ideal for presenting content clearly and professionally during meetings. Their slim, clean design integrates effortlessly into contemporary office spaces and adds to the polished atmosphere of the Worknest meeting rooms.

Each display was paired with a Microsoft Teams Pad, allowing for seamless integration with Worknest’s existing Teams-based communication platform. This setup enables easy one-touch meeting joining, reliable video conferencing, and instant wireless screen sharing directly from laptops and mobile devices.

The combination of the Samsung QET displays and Microsoft Teams Pads ensures that meetings start without delays and run smoothly from start to finish.
The installation resulted in two modernised conference rooms equipped with high-performance visual and collaboration tools. The Samsung QET displays delivered vibrant, high-resolution visuals that enhanced presentations and video calls alike.

The Microsoft Teams Pads streamlined the meeting process, reducing setup time and eliminating connectivity issues. Staff and clients at Worknest can now connect, collaborate, and present effortlessly with a professional AV solution tailored to the pace of modern business.
