Padel Point, Bankstown NSW

Four Samsung commercial screens and Fusion Signage software, pre-configured, shipped, and live in days.

Padel Point opened its Bankstown facility with courts, a cafe, and communal spaces for members and visitors. They needed screens that could do two different jobs at once: show menu items and promotions in the café, and keep members informed about events and centre news everywhere else.

Display Australia supplied and installed four Samsung commercial displays across the venue, all pre-configured with Fusion Signage before they left the warehouse.

Day Installation

Configured before it shipped, live the day it arrived

Every screen was set up with Fusion Signage at our warehouse before it was sent to the site. When the displays arrived at Padel Point, installation was mounting and connecting, nothing more. The software was already done.

From confirmation to every screen running: a couple of days. No on-site configuration, no troubleshooting, nothing for the Padel Point team to manage mid-install.

The displays

Foyer - Samsung QMC 55"
The first screen visitors see when they walk in. It runs event listings, centre announcements, and any front-of-house messaging the team wants to push. The QMC is built for commercial environments: consistent brightness and designed for extended daily operating hours.

Cafe - Samsung QBC 43" x 2
Two screens in the cafe show the menu, daily specials, and current promotions. Updating a price or adding a special takes seconds through Fusion Signage — no printing, no swapping out static boards.

Communal Seating Area - Samsung QMC 55"
A second 55-inch QMC for the area where members sit between sessions. It runs the same event and notification content as the foyer, so the communal area stays in sync.

The software

All four screens run Fusion Signage, managed from a single account. One login covers the whole venue, cafe screens and communal screens are on separate playlists but controlled from the same place.

Padel Point manages its own content. When a new event is added or a cafe promotion changes, the update goes out immediately across every relevant screen. There's no need to call anyone or touch the hardware.

Provisioning all four licences and configuring the displays took less than a hour on our end. By the time the screens arrived on site, they were ready to run.

Running from day one

The cafe screens are showing the menu and current promotions. The foyer and communal screens are displaying upcoming events, centre updates, and member notifications.

The Padel Point team runs everything themselves through Fusion Signage. The system works the way it should: straightforward to update, no dependency on external support for day-to-day content changes.
