Clear, timely communication is essential in fast-paced environments like swim centres. From session updates and safety messages to seasonal programs and promotions, having the ability to share information with families at the right time can dramatically improve the customer experience. For growing organisations like Kirby Swim, finding a reliable, professional and easy-to-manage solution was a natural next step.
Display Australia partnered with Kirby Swim to implement a tailored digital signage solution across their four Perth locations. By supplying commercial-grade displays pre-installed with Fusion Signage software, we helped transform the way Kirby Swim communicates with their members. What was once reliant on manual posters and staff reminders is now centralised, efficient and visually engaging.

Despite their strong brand and reputation, Kirby Swim faced a common operational gap. There was no effective way to communicate key messages to customers once they were inside the centre.
Without any form of digital signage or display screens, information about timetable changes, holiday programs, safety messages or promotions had to be relayed manually by staff or through printed posters. This led to inconsistent communication, missed opportunities to engage families, and extra workload for staff across the four centres.

To solve this, Display Australia designed and delivered a complete digital signage solution tailored to Kirby Swim’s needs. We supplied a mix of 43” and 50” Samsung QBC Series commercial displays to all four Perth locations. These displays were selected for their slim design, 4K clarity and reliable 16/7 operation, making them ideal for front-desk areas and poolside environments.
Each screen was pre-installed with Fusion Signage Advanced, a powerful cloud-based digital signage platform that allows Kirby Swim to manage content across all locations from one central dashboard. Whether they are promoting an upcoming holiday program or welcoming new families, staff can now publish content instantly from any computer, without needing to visit each site or rely on USB drives.
