Get Fish at the new Sydney Fish Market

21 Fusion Signage Advanced licences across 17 Samsung displays and 4 Android kiosks, all configured and live before opening day.

Get Fish is a fresh seafood retailer operating out of the brand new Sydney Fish Market in Glebe.

As one of the anchor tenants in one of Australia's most anticipated food and retail destinations, they needed a digital signage solution that could handle the demands of a high-traffic retail and dining environment from day one.

Every screen live before the doors opened

Get Fish installed digital menu boards that wrap around the entire store, covering both the retail counter and the restaurant and takeaway sections. The goal was a seamless, continuous display run that could be updated remotely as menus and promotions changed, without needing technical assistance every time.

The solution needed to be fully operational before the grand opening of the new fish market, leaving a defined window for provisioning, configuration, and testing.

The displays

17 Samsung QM32C commercial displays were wall-mounted into the bulkhead in a continuous wrap around the store. The QM32C is built for commercial environments where reliability and long runtime are essential.

4 floor standing 43" Android kiosks on wheels were deployed throughout the restaurant and takeaway section, positioned in walkways to promote to passing foot traffic.

The software

All 21 displays were provisioned with Fusion Signage Advanced licences. Display Australia handled the full on-site provisioning and configuration of every screen, completing the entire setup in around half a day.

Get Fish now manages all content themselves through the Fusion Signage dashboard, scheduling menus, swapping out promotional content, and making updates remotely without needing any on-site support.

Live on launch day and running Content

The full setup of 21 displays was completed and operational before the grand opening, with all provisioning and configuration done on-site in around half a day. From the continuous wrap of menu boards around the store to the floor standing kiosks positioned in walkways, every screen was live and ready for day one.

Since opening, Get Fish has taken full ownership of their content. Remote management and scheduling through Fusion Signage means their team can update menus and swap out promotions quickly and independently, with no technical support required.
