Assistance 365 is a provider of round-the-clock support services that required a centralised visualisation solution for their new office control centre. Operating in a high-stakes environment where response times are critical, their team needed a way to monitor real-time data, including fleet tracking, call queue metrics, weather maps and emergency alerts simultaneously and with absolute clarity. The client needed a solution that was not only visually impressive but also highly functional.
The system had to offer the flexibility to display a single large dashboard across all screens or break down content into individual segments for different departments. Crucially, the system required an intuitive control interface that allowed their staff to manage the displays remotely without needing complex technical training.

Display Australia designed and deployed a custom 2x3 video wall solution tailored to Assistance 365’s operational needs.
We selected the LG 49VL5PJ series for this deployment due to its specialised control room capabilities. These commercial-grade panels feature an ultra-narrow 3.5mm bezel-to-bezel design, creating a near-continuous image that minimises visual distraction.
Driving this visual array is the MAWI Spacewall software architecture, which acts as the "brain" of the operation. This powerful platform provides the Assistance 365 team with complete control over their digital environment. Operators can now utilise drag-and-drop layouts to create custom "screen groups" on the fly, such as merging four screens to display a major live map while using the remaining two for operational metrics. The software also facilitates multi-source casting, allowing staff to seamlessly project content from various operator PCs and web dashboards onto the wall in real-time.
The installation of the new control centre has transformed how Assistance 365 manages its daily operations. The video wall now provides a "single pane of glass" view of their entire business, significantly improving situational awareness and decision-making speed.
The combination of LG’s seamless display technology and MAWI’s flexible control has removed the friction of manual adjustments. The result is a modern, professional command centre that not only impresses visitors but keeps Assistance 365 ready for anything, 365 days a year.
