Enhancing ARB's in-store experience

ARB Penrith partnered with us to enhance their in-store customer experience through the installation of a sleek, high-impact video wall. Designed to elevate brand visibility and draw attention, the new digital display delivers engaging dynamic video content with a clean, professional finish.

To bring the project to life, we supplied and installed four Samsung VM55B-U commercial displays. These displays are purpose-built for video walls and feature ultra-narrow bezels that allow for a virtually seamless viewing experience. With high brightness levels and commercial-grade durability, they are well-suited for continuous daily operation in a retail setting.

We used the Vogels PFW 6880 video wall mounts for their precision and stability. These mounts allow for micro-adjustments on all axes, which ensured that each screen was perfectly aligned during installation. Their robust design also provides easy access for servicing while maintaining a tight, uniform layout.

All four screens were installed inside a custom-built enclosure that was carefully designed to integrate into the store’s fitout. A consistent 10mm gap was maintained from the edge of each screen to the enclosure frame, delivering a crisp, balanced look while also allowing for airflow and cable access. The result is a refined visual integration that enhances the in-store atmosphere.

A media player feeds dynamic branded video content to the video wall, ensuring that visuals are both relevant and attention-grabbing. The video content is played continuously and serves as a powerful marketing tool that reinforces ARB’s brand presence and product offering to customers as they move through the space.

The final installation achieved a flawless visual finish, thanks to the combination of ultra-narrow bezels and precisely aligned screens. The custom enclosure elevated the overall presentation and created a clean, architectural integration within the store environment.

The digital content delivered through the media player added energy and movement to the retail space, making it more engaging and visually dynamic for customers. The project was completed to a high standard with close attention to detail, and the installation quality was described as near perfect. ARB Penrith were extremely satisfied with the outcome.
